Warranty policy

7-day return:

you can choose to return the phone bought here within 7 days upon acceptance date on mailing paper if:

  1. The commercial package unopend, or
  2. The phone is not used and the commercial package is complete, or
  3. The phone has quality issues listed in warranty and the commercial package is complete

After we receive and check the returned phone, we will deduct the two-way freight cost and refund you the balance if the returned phone meets the above criterias.

 

15-day replacement:

you can choose to replace the phone bought here with 15 days upon acceptance date on mailing paper if:

  1. The phone has quality issues listed in warranty, and
  2. The commercial package is complete

Please send the replaced phone to us at your own cost. After we receive and check the replaced phone, we will replace if the replaced phone meets the above criterias.

 

365-day warranty:

We offer 1-year warranty to the phones sold here upon acceptance date on mailing paper. If the phone you bought here has any quality issues listed below, please send back to our servcie center at your own cost and we will repair freely.

 

Quality issues under warranty:

  • Can not switch on
  • Functional issues relating to the touch screen
  • Functional issues relating to the bottons
  • Functional issues relating to the cameras
  • Functional issues relating to the motor
  • Functional issues relating to the speaker
  • Functional issues relating to the receiver
  • Functional issues relating to the audio jack
  • Functional issues relating to the USB port
  • Functional issues relating to Wifi/BT/GPS/FM
  • Functional issues relating to the sensors
  • Other functional issues relating to call, message, email, app, etc.

 

For accessoris, like battery, charger, earphone, power bank, etc., we offer 3-month warranty.

 

Warranty service is only for the circumstances under which phones are normally used. Any artificial damage or the following issues are not subject to warranty service and return/replacement commitment. For service out of warranty, relative fees will be charged.

  • Damage or flaws over 1 year Warranty period
  • Damage or flaws by Force Majeur
  • Damage or flaws by unauthorized service center
  • Damage or flaws by non-normal use, like drop to the ground, into the water or fire, etc.
  • Damage or flaws by natural wear, like housing, botton, touch panel, etc.
  • Other damage or flaw not related to normal use.

All parts and accessories replaced in warranty service belong to our company.
